I have a service plan that I paid 179.00 dollar for. Under the plan if a fan cannot be repaired, the customer is allowed to purchase a fan and have them install it. Reimbursement up to $100 from BGE home is allowed. The fan I purchased was 79.99 tax and was replaced by a BGE Home technician. BGE HOME was supposed to reimburse me for the cost of the fan. This is under my plan. After contacting the company on several occasions - I still have not received reimbursement and it is now December 2. ON top of it the person who replaced the fan was rude.
