I bought a new Samsung TV in the Box. When I got home, the screen was broken. I came back to the store and the Sales manager told me to take the TV home because he can't change it. He said that I had to catch the store manager in the store to see if he can change it but that the Tiger direct policy is that I have to bring back the TV in the same condition. He said that most likely it came like that from factory like many more TVs in the store, but that there is no way for him to know that and I had to buy a new one.
