I have several (purchased) versions of Windows on 3 different computers. On one of my PCs I upgraded from 98 to XP home. I purchased the software at Best Buy. I had an issue with the hard drive and have replaced it with a new one. Now when I am trying to re-install Windows XP Home It will not allow me to without the 98 Disk/key (Which I lost). I called customer service, they did not seem too helpful and told me I had to purchase new software. Ultimately I want to get the XP home installed so I can then be able to upgrade to Windows 7. (I plan to upgrade all 3 of my computers to Windows 7)

I feel it would be mutually benefical for both parties if I were to get either a 98 disk/key or a new key for my XP home so I can continue to buy your products. I have purchased alot of Microsoft products and have WGA as well.
