Kenmore 800 washer was purchased March and it needs to be recalled! My machine doesn't fill with water... Just agitates and spits. All the hoses are fine. I have always purchased Kenmore washers/dryers in the past, and had no problems. My last Kenmore washer lasted almost 20 years. There are numerous complaints on-line regarding this model, and also complaints about Sears service department concerning rude customer service people and having to wait weeks for a repairman. My husband recently called Sears service department and had to wait on hold for 30 minutes, not good. I'm requesting a repairman, within the next few days, along with no charge for the labor and parts. This washer was expensive and shouldn't be breaking down. I also shouldn't have to "fight" to get something done about it!
