I have been trying to get my front loading Kenmore Washer repaired for 3 weeks. 1st, you wait for a week for the repairman to show up, then he does not bring the right part, even though he know the model number etc of the washer. Then I wait another week for him to come back, and he does not show up, because he is too busy! Now I have to wait another week for him to show up! I have been without this washer for 3 weeks. I will never buy another front load Sear Washer again!
