I went on home depots website to get a contractor. So, you enter your info and contractors start calling you. Well, I chose the second one that called. Thet sent two you g men out to repair my oven. I was told it was the igniter and they needed $85 to get a new one. They said they would be back in the morning. Later that night, (10:00) one of the workers (Sean Curry) called and said he was able to get the part. The short of it is my oven sorked for 2 minutes and all I'm getting from the company is the run around. So, watchout for Randy and Tom Ellis. And ask to see the contractors license, never pay with cash, debit/credit cards are best. If they don't take them, then don't use them. Oh, make sure the company's letterhead is on the proposal/receipt
