My oven stopped working and I called for service. Nick (0826966) came for the service call and diagnosed the problem in a short time. I had to order the part and after it arrived he returned again to repair the oven. It still did not work, but Nick continued to work to try to fix the problem. We reordered the part (thinking that it was defective) with Nick going to get the part so that I did not have to wait. He was so very helpful, diligent and professional that it was a delight to have him in my home. He contacted resource people and did his best to solve the problem - but all the resource peple are stumped also. I would like to say that I will continue to use Sears repair service because of the professional thorough service they have provided.
