I called the company because I lost my screen on my desktop downloding updates, they claim guarenteed service. A technician came on the phone asked me a couple of questions and then told me "Don't go anywhere I'll be rigth back" I stayed on hold for 1Hr 15min Like a idiot. Then I used my other phone, kept the otherone always on hold just in case, I got someone else and he told me that the kept me on hold and left home for the day and said " Give me a couple of mins to file a complaint against him with the personnel..." anyway the second tech guy told me here is the refund phone number and take your PC to Stapples or BestBuy. It needs an inshop repair not over the phone. I called the refubd line they substracted $30.00 for just calling them. What a way to spend Thankgiving eve night
