Get a letter from Universal Fidelity LP in Houston, Texas. Called the 281-647-4152 number on the letter, was placed on hold after giving the woman the EDP Number and was transfered to some one that could "HELP" me.

Told the woamn that answered that I "NEVER" had any type of account with that company, was on hold for over 11 mins. I was then disconnected and I called back and went thru the same. I was then given the 281-647-4100 number to call.

Called that number and talked to Nathan. Found out he could not help me as he could not find any information using the EDP number or the account number, he asked for my SSAN and when I told him that I do not give that information to ANYONE he get very abusive. I asked to talk to his supervisor and was informed that he was the supervisor or the floor at that time, he then placed me on hold as he told me that he could not help a dead beat and that someone that worked with the company in question would be on the line in a "FEW" minuties.

I got disconected after 5 mins. Called the 4100 number again and was placed on hold once again after going thru the EDP and Account number. Disconnected after 9 mins this time. So far it is 25 mins on hold and only have the company name and no other information. Called the 4100 number and talked to Tracey, told her that I was filing a formal complaint with the FTC and writing a report here.
