Called mytechsupport for assistance on my dell laptop, was on the phone for two hours with a technician before being placed on hold without any kind of notice... Remained on hold for another hour and 15 min until I was disconnected called back numerous times and surprise surprise no answer hold hold and hold. I immediately suspected of fraud so I called my bank to have my card closed and my bank rep was able to give me yet a different number for said company worked like magic the call was immediately answer I assume they thought it was another person they could talk out of another $100 I was instantly told no refunds although no service was provided to me finally the girl said I can give you 49 dollars back I decided she was not worth arguing with so ill be calling my bank to start a fraudulent dispute!!!
