I just bought a HP pavillion a6130n pc from bestbuy and it does not work after three days on the phone with there tech support HP said they could not repair and washed their hands of the issue. I was told because I purchased it from Bestbuy I could not get a refund my only options available for me was to either ship it back to HP and do without a pc for at least two weeks or take it to an authorized dealer and there are only a couple in the country and none close to me. Bestbuy told me after it goes out the door its between me and HP. I'm out $568 plus over a $100 for cell phone charges setting on hold or waiting for hours as they kept me on the line while tests were run. They don't really stand behind the products they sell and HP was more concerned with informing me that my mistake was purchasing the PC from Bestbuy instead of directly from HP and not purchasing an additional warranty from them. They actually offered to sell me one on the phone for a PC they said they couldn't repair!!!
