I have bought two separate trips from Streetdeal Singapore for 2 pax. One to Hong Kong (November) and another to Taipei (March). They kept telling me my booking's confirmed since June but unable to produce air tickets up until two days before my departure! They continued to ask me to wait because their supplier apparently screwed up and they are trying their best to clear. On Friday evening 5.30pm, one of their customer service called me to say my booking has been cancelled (I was flying on Sunday) and they will offer me a full refund instead. I have sent them the details they require last week but I have not heard anything since. I have been told that their office has since cease operation while Streetdeal hasnot stepped out to take any responsibilities.
