I've purchased 6 vouchers to kota kinabalu under streetdeal.com. Sg on 8 Aug for 3D2N with flights via AirAsia, stay Palace hotel. The redemption period is till 18th November. Vouchers state that the travelling dates is till end July.
I tried to access to their booking website on travelsmoove on 6November to book my trip. However i try for any day, any month is full! No available slots even for 2 pax.
I emailed them because their contact number is uncontactable from morning 8am to 5pm any working day. I tried waiting on the phone for 1 hr and no one pick up!
Travelsmoove reply on 8November saying
"Please be informed that we had already alerted out IT specialist with regards to this matter.
Kindly be advised that there was an error in the system which does not allow it to spool out the available dates.
Therefore, it could be the reason as to why you were not able to view any available allotments."

I emailed to Streetdeal as well.
Streetdeal forwarded my email to travelsmoove Attention to Jennifer, Ameriah, but no one reply me.

And I went down to the office on 16 November because that last day of redemption is 18November. And the website for booking is still down.

To my horror, the agency is closed!
Not sure is just close or closed down...
