I brought travel deals to Phuket from Travelsmoove via Streetdeal Malaysia portal. Booking was all done properly with Travelsmoove but they informed that 1 week before the departure date they will send us e-ticket for flight and voucher for hotel accommodation, 2 days before departure they informed us that our trip is cancel because they can't allocate flight seats for us. Takes about 2 weeks more for asking the refunds process and finally got email that they will process the refunds to me latest by 22nd Dec until today I don't receive any refund yet. We are patience enough on this matter, I think we need to report this to Consumer Association of Singapore. I thought Singapore office is better, but after this experience, I think they are more worst. Please pay me back...
