I had $99 deducted from streetdeal for something I didn't buy. After writing to them, they replied that they will cancel my Platinum membership and refund the money to me in one week.
Why is there a deduction for Platinum membership when I didn't opt for it?
Where is the due respect of their consumers?
They took the money without permission and take a week to refund. Just because we pay to their vendors through them, they kept our card details for whatever they deemed fit?!
Majority of the promotions they have on Streetdeal will be also featured on other coupon sites, so... I will not buy from Streetdeal anymore.
