I like many was also taken by this scam. I just wonder how they end up getting a name that happens to be someone in your family.in my case it was Al, who just so happens to be my brother-in-law. I looked through the website originally and none of the links worked. So I concluded that there was no catch. Then today I found the $99.67 charge on my debit card. I immediately called my bank and told them I did not authorize that charge. I also found out that unlike most merchants this company did not supply a phone number with the payment request. Luckily I was able to find a number but I found it suspicious that the person answering the phone did not identify the company nor herself when answering the phone.

Like many others they offered only a partial refund of $40 dollars. The good news is DO NOT GIVE UP! I keep demanding a full refund. They are suppose to do this within 5-7 business days and send me the items needed to return the product. Although they promised to take me off their automatic monthly supply list I do not trust they will so I am canceling my debit card.

I am reporting them to the better business bureau once I receive my refund. Again, do not give up and don't let them bully you into accepting anything less that a full refund. Believe me they will try with their continually repeating the "it was in the terms and conditions".
