I ordered product order of more than $200.00 which has never been shipped and poor customer service refusing to refund until I had to battle with numerous telephone peolpe. It has been 6 weeks with no product received. When called they said production was so far behind would be at least another 2 weeks till shipment. I asked for a full refund in which the girl said they would only refund my shipment cost. I demanded a full refund and she then refused to let me speak with a supervisor and refused to give me her name when requested. Finally spoke with a person identifying their self as a supervisior who said she would have to get a confirmation before I could get a refund. Advertising a product they can not provide in a timely manner, poor customer service and I likely will not get a refund. Thanks Frances John
