Sam from Sports Memoribillia was such a great customer service rep. He did everything possible to make this transaction a complete success. All my special requests were granted and he also tracked my packages to makes sure we received it on time. He took the initiative to give me a call to make sure we recieved the packages too. His goal was to make the customer happy in which he did.
