I had nothing but a great interaction with sportsmemorabilia.com. I think that people just need to have some patience. One of my items was too small, i called them and they sent me a label to exchange and 3 days later i had my jersey in large. They are not fraud or fake as these people claim. My guess is that these people are mad and just post things that are mean in order to make themselves feel good. I had a positive call and would reccommend them to anyone.
