I just started a small loan business in Nevada for about a year. I was hit by high bankrupcty all of the sudden. After attending couple of meetings with other manager of payday loan, we noticed attorney like Frank Sorrentino, Aaron and Patterson, Dorothy Bunce, and Anthony Decula asked their customer to take a loan for their fee and told their client it can be discharged. Can you image, some one walk to your store to take a loan and 2-4 weeks later you receive paper for bankruptcy. It's no difference with day light robbery.
We found out because we send mystery shopper, to consult the attorney. And as a small business, we don't want to spend extra money for attorney to file adversary complaint.
I hope the bar can do something with these unethical attorney. This is driving business out of Las Vegas.
