We bought 2 vouchers to KL and made booking as usual for travel from 13-15 Nov. Received an email from travelsmoove saying they r going to refund us the money without explaining why they have no proceeded with our booking. We have taken leave for the trip and the notice was too last minute. Worse of all, there is no response to our query, email and phone calls. When are we going get our refund back?
