I have purchased 2 vouchers 3D2N Kuching Sarawak deal from StreetDeal. Have redeemed the vouchers to travel on 11 Jan. I have received their confirmation booking number on 13 Aug. After reading this scambook, i tried calling them but no one answered. I have sent them an email but yet to receive a satisfactory reply from them. All i received was an automated reply requesting us to allow them to get back within the next 5 working days.
