I have bought 2 vouchers from Streetdeals Singapore. Have make a redemption for 5/11 to 7/11 traveling date to Bangkok.
As I am only 6 days away from my departure date, but till date as promised by TravelSmoove, i have not received any E-voucher. To my astonishing, i have contact Jetstar to find out whether TravelSmoove have make a booking for my flight, The answer is NO. TravelSmoove did not booked the flight for me.
This is obviously a scam, i do not know what can i do now. Just want my money back.
