I have purchased vouchers for 12pax to Bali on Sept 04th which we are suppose to travel on 11th Nov. I have not receive the vouchers till 4days before departure and I started to call Jennifer requesting for the vouchers to be sent. She said everything is confirmed and will be sent 2 or 3days before we depart. On 09th Nov, I still have not receive the vouchers and I was keep calling the agency whole day till I got on hold of them in the evening for them to say that the booking has been cancelled and will be refunded due to their supplier did not purchase the air tickets. Till to date, I have not receive any calls or emails for refund status and their mobile phones is switched off. The company has been closed since 12th Nov and unable to get any response from Travelsmoove eversince.
