Time to submit my work to school and internet was out. This is not the first time i was out the internet, everytimes, i have a neighbor move out they disconnect my internet. But this is the point upset me. I called in; total time to wait and transfer is 1 hour, finally i could talk to a manager. Her name is MARIA her number is 15956, she handle the case very unprofessional. She offered me $3 for cable company mistake. I feel like they don't need customer. If i don't need internet for my school and would cancel the service with her. I wish noone get with her again. And TWC should pick better supervisor to handle the case.
