We have phoned Time Warner Customer Service numerous times to be promised resumtion of service that is never delivered. We are still without phones, cable, Internet and cable five weeks after the disaster here in the historic South Street area of Manhattan. We recently asked to speak to a Supervisor and have spoken to a Supervisor Briggs who reassured us a technician would be here for the last three days but we have seen no one. To add insult to injury, they continue to bill us for service while we have been down.
