I just called Ford Motor Credit because I had an old charge off on my credit from my wife not paying on her vehicle while we were going through our divorce.in the divorce settlement, I required her to pay off the vehicle. Recently I have purchased my 2nd vehicle through credit and never have had a problem until I recently applied for a loan for a house. I was turned down because I have a charge off on my credit from Ford Motor Credit. When I contact Customer Service and spoke to Richard, and his supervisor Brandy #03121 they were the most obnoxious and disrespectful customer service reps I have ever dealt with. They refused to remove the charge off and I am stuck without a loan on my home for my wife and kids. As an American and a former proud owner of a Ford, I will never buy another Ford for as long as I live. Ford should be disgraced by their policy and the behavior of their staff.
