Pugmire was dishonst in insisting that Ford Motor Credit required that we add an extended warrenty and gap to our vehicle in order to get financed. Even when they brought us back into the dealership a week after we purchased the vehicle they raised the APR and needed us to resign the docs. We asked if we still had to keep the gap and extended warrenty... Steward said we did!
Later that day we called Ford Motor Credit to verify. Ford Motor Credit said no, they wouldnt required any add ons!
We immediately send a certified letter to Pugmire demanding that they cancel the Gap and Extended warrenty. It wasnt easy dealing with Pugmire! It took three months for them to refund.
