I have bought for years over 29 years. I purchased this 2006 ford f 350 from a friend. After having this vehicle for 15 months it has become a problem with it. I have called 3 dealerships and got nothing out of there customer service. I am starting to get really upset because of the lack of pride from Ford at any part of this company. My truck has 63357 miles on it but since it was purchased in 2005 the warranty on this vehicle has ran out. I have talked to different customer reps. Even the supervisor and the attitude was oh well sorry that you bought Ford. I understand that warranties are for reasons but a truck that has 63357 miles on it which is nothing for a diesel engine. I'm being told too bad we can not help due to you are over your 5 years on warranty. Ford does not and will not help on there product. Ford not good in my eyes and after i am done in everyone's eyes.
