Charged twice and didn't get a refund

This is a complaint to customer service of Kaspersky USA. I order to make a renewal by e-mail Apr. 22, and they charged me by auto renewal on May 17 which I didn't make for an auto renewal. Later, I found I have been charged twice.

I called 5 times to get a refund; they didn't give a money back yet.
