I downloaded a trial version of FreeRegistry Fix. It seemed to work fine but said in order to fix the problems I needed to purchase a full version. I purchased the full version, downloaded, and installed it. When I ran it the first time it gave an error message and the computer hung so that I could not even select the "send error report." This still happens from time-to-time. Uninstalled and re-installed the software. It seems to run but it keeps saying I need to upgrade to the full version, that I have used my 100 fixes. I purchased the full version. I have run it several times and still no success. It is worthless! I e-mailed [email protected] but have received no response. Even when I try to use the One Time tech support call, it says I have to purchase the full version first. I located the company on the wed and called the 212-616-1745 but it is not in service. I can find NO WAY to contact them in person.
