Other than the problems we have with DSL every once in a while which reminds me of 3rd world countries here is my biggest problem with Frontier:
We got a CD with their modem and it was suppose to install the modem ONLY.
What it did was, it installed like 3 or 4 different software packages WITHOUT asking me anything!!!
I uninstalled all of them but one of them I can't find anywhere and it's still on my PC!!!

If you want to get a DSL or phone form Frontier be aware. I would stay away!!!
