Total lack of information from WPFP when question asked.
Eventually they said I hadn't redeemed the coupon within the time frame allowed, however by then I had already been asked to review the product purchased by the actual supplier (Kitchenware Australia) difficult if I hadn't redeemed the coupon.
Then WPFP stopped sending me any emails after getting at least one a day which made me very suspicious.
I pursued it through our state consumer affairs who did a great job and I would be getting a credit for the money lost.
Guess what, still waiting!
