I spoke with mgrs in customer service informing them how displeased i was with the service, that someone was able to hack my account then cancel my card without verifing any info who does that. And now they are giving me some nonsense of waiting 3-5 business days. When i have no funds available to me. But when i the card holder call they ask me for my whole life history. How is this possible i have given them all the info they request still no result 24 hrs later. They were quick to cancel my account without verification but forever releasing my funds key words (my funds).
