Purchased a handbag 2 months ago and still not received the product. Had had numerous emails back and forth, without any resolution to my problem. The company, WPFP would write to the merchant on my behalf, but then the merchant would not respond. I have asked for a refund from WPFP but the company has not addressed my request at all.
