I purchased a voucher for a hot stone massage. When I called to make an appt, the company stated that the person providing these massages was no longer with the company and provided me with a mobile phone number of the person. After repeated attempts to reach him, he informed me that everyone was being refunded because he had "lost his baby girl" and why pay full price was taking care of the refunds. I have made multiple attempts (8-10) to contact WPFP in writing using their online system as well as email. Many times they have not responded, a few times they have and all they do is as for the order number and tell me they will get back to me shortly and then they never do. I purchased a voucher also for a hairdresser. When I went to book an appt they told me they had no appts left and they could not honor my voucher. I then contacted WPFP in the same fashion with the same results.
