About a week after receiving "free samples", I called to cancel. The product is highly irritating to my skin. The rep who eventually came on the phone was sympathetic and assured me she was cancelling our relationship.
However today I received another shipment. Speaking with rep. Today, she was unable to "pull up " the account... Telling me there was no record of my first call. (There was no record of Hitler's trains of Jews-to-slaughter EITHER until after the Purge.)
Further, if she was truly unable to retrieve my account, explain how she could categorically state I hadn't called before today? She eventually demanded I open the shipment to attain an order number.
The RMA number will be put into use first thing tomorrow.
Their marketing practices are deceptive. If the product was half as good as they claim, they wouldn't resort to such tactics.
