To make it simpleI purchased a 2011 C63 on September at Thornhill Mercedes OntarioAnd interior of car was dirty on the day I pick upBut that's fineAfter 1 week of driving, the front parking sensor was not functionalAnd I went to the Mercedes Service centre at Green Lane and got it fixedAt the same time, the service advisor told me that the current tires on my car are all incorrect, and they suggest me to go back to the dealer where I bought the car which is the THORNHILL dealershipSpoke with GEOFF service advisor and he admited the tire size on my car were wrongAnd he passed my case to the service manager at Thornhill Mr. DominicI spoke with him and he told me he needs to find out why the tire size were wrong on my car before he switch back the proper tires on my carFunny thing is I was told my car was a demo car before and had never been register to anyone. As a demo car, everything should be stock especially the tiresI don't feel safe since these are incorrect tiresAnd until today i still didn't hear anything from DominicI purchase this C63 with the pre owned warranty, sales rep Dino was very helpfulBut I did expect the service would be so disapointedI even call OMVIC, and the person said I have the right to sue the dealer for selling me a car with incorrect tires size and speed ratingI owned an Audi and a Porsche before, and they were not bad, but i really didnt realize there will be such a huge difference in terms of customer service until today I just wanna drive safe with the correct tires and enjoy my C63I don't think I need to wait for Dominic to find out what happen to the car in order to install the correct tires, he should have changed the tires back for me, and then give me an explanation of why the tires were incorrect when I was told the car had never been register to anyone and it was a demo car (should have the correct tires) that's itI can't believe I need to take so much effort to Require such a simple things that I am suppose to get when I pick up my car
