I ordered this product on a trial basis for $1.00. After thinking about it, I decided to cancel the shipment. I called the same day to cancel shipment and was told it would be cancelled, but could be given no more information as the business office was closed. Two days later, I found that they had deducted the S&H from my checking account. I called the number listed on my checking account and was told the product had already been shipped. I informed them I had called to cancel the shipment and was told it would be cancelled. They asked for a confirmation number, which I didn't have because after assuring me the order would be cancelled, they ended the call. They charged my account on 4/16. I got the product today, 4/21. The card that came with the product advised the trial period began on the date of shipment and I was to refer to the trial shipment e-mail I received for more details on the Terms of Service. I received no such e-mail and now I am concerned, due to their duplicity, they will tell me it was not returned within the time limit and charge me the entire amount. I don't even feel I have the time to try it before I return it and I am not sure I want to since all their other information was invalid.
