Also got scammed, signed up for the free trail and paid the £5.95 p&p and received the product with no further instruction.
Had the amount of 81.29 taken then 5 days later an email telling me shipment was on its way... Nothing before.
Then, today had a further 81.88 taken from my account for natural cleanse, currently with no email telling me of shipment.
The bank can't cancel the transactions because I have previously accepted a transaction from them and by cancelling my card I would be at risk against the policy/contract! However I don't have anything stating that I have a policy number or account number!
Tried 4 emails with the same automated response.
