Terrible Customer Support repetition: Jon Gregory was ineffective, took forever to obtain back again to me and refused a demonstration of the program.
Carey and Ben within the telephone were ineffective within the phone aswell.
Primary issues to think about, avoid this support:
1. BidClerk doesn't provide a free trial offer to check out the support.
2. There's A - 100 page-view restriction each day. The restriction resets daily, if you see 20 tasks you currently seen in previous times, it matters
3. Against you again. Which makes it extremely difficult to see over 100 possibility tasks, whether you actually considered them before.
4. Percent customer service
5. Just one person per consideration at the same time.
