I've automated funds set up for my pier one consideration which previous month there is an issue with respect to my lender, wamu. I named pier oneis customer support department. For that very first time since joining them in july and that I encountered probably the most ineffective and unbending customer support I've previously experienced. I expected to get a one-fee modification when possible, my consideration has been around excellent position and I've registered for automated cost, that isn't to express that I am owed a charge modification but being billed an overall total of $70.00 to get a onetime overdue payment is terrible customer support plan. Plus they get annoyed whenever you comfortably request to talk to a boss, toughest of their isn't any one above the repetition you receive about the telephone to talk to, they'll not move your phone, that absurd. I've chose to stop my bill together with no longer patronize their shops, you will find way better locations to look at. I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with pier 1!
