Bidclerk.com is ridiculous! I signed up for a $5.95 3 day trial membership to see if they offered better bid options and information than the current website we were using. Somewhere in the fine print when you pay for 3 days you automatically get upgraded to $79.95 package that still doesn't allow you to see any drawings or plan information. I called customer service because I'm not going to use the service since it doesn't offer any useful information other than contact info and $79.95 is coming out of my pocket and not my companies and I was told that I would of had to of called over the holiday weekend to get a refund. Who monitors something that They thought was only 3 days for one and over the holiday for 2. I'm NOT happy at all and highly recommend that you read everything very thoroughly unless you want to be ripped off.
