I had to go through direcpath to get my Cable install. I have my cable through directv but direcpath offers a maintenance agreement bill for 19.50 to pay every three months and it is optional. Well, I got this Threatening Phone Call from a collection rep from direcpath saying that of I did not pay them for the optional mainatence bill now they were going to turn off my cable that O have through directv and I have paid my directv bill. The Reps were fighting with me over the phone and the manager lied to me. She said she would waive the late fee and I thought I was only being charge the 19.50 optional maintenance fee but I called my bank and the manager charge me 34.50 for the maintenance charge. Normally, it is only 19.50. They have lied on many occasions to get more money and the installer was 2 hours late to install my cable.
