Ordered Hill Street Box Set on 14th August, paid by card, money was taken immediately. After 3 weeks still nothing, sent them an E-mail, got back delivery takes between 3 - 6 weeks. Got this a few times. After 7 weeks i got in touch again they replied that it was going to be delivered any time now. 2 more weeks passed apparently $ 18 had to be paid by customs but they were doing this, which i thought was nice of them. 1 week later still nothing, then it was being sent express, 12 days later still no DVDs.
