but our tenants didn't. My husband was on hold for 1.5 hours only to find out that it can't be fixed until Sat. They gave us no reason why it was out. Then after being on the phone for 1.5 hours they asked him to take a survey. This company should really be investigated they take your money advertise how good their service is and when you need them they treat there customers like crap.
