Ordered St Elsewhere DVDs, August, have sent emails every week since not receiving after 4 week.
Received the same obviously automated emails as other complaints; 4-6 weeks delivery, sorry delivery within a week (several times), an extra $18 had to be paid, sorry will resend by express... Have not received DVD's (am surprised to read that someone actually received DVD's albeit bad copies). This is a sham and there should be a way to warn others from dealing with these unscrupulous people.
