I ordered a free trial that i saw online for $1.87, a few days later i got a phone call asking if i want to try all of these other new things and i specifically said no, only send the whitening trial. A few days after that I got my box in the mail and they sent me the trial and another 2 kits, which I did NOT order. The next day I tried to use my card and it was empty because not only did this place not give me my actual 7 day trial time, but they also decided that I would want more of this product for me. When I called they would not refund my money or let me speak to a supervisor. I have tried to report this to the Better Business Bureau but in order to do that I need an address and on HydraWhite's website there is nothing except an e-mail address and the same phone number that did not help. If anyone can tell me their information that would be great, we could all get our money back!
