I purchased IncrediMail a few years ago. I had unlimited skins, letters, animations, notifiers and tech support and no ads. Now they have taken all this away and are forcing you to purchase an upgrade if you want it back. Isn't that fraud? Once you pay for something they should not be allowed to take it away.
