I ordered the TRIAL where I was only to pay for the shipping. I received the trial product and a week later they charged me again. I immediately went online and cancelled.in the cancellation information it said that when I get the monthly product in the mail, if I send it back I will get a refund. I never received the next shipment or the refund. When I attempted to contact them via email I got a very vague response telling me too bad. I then responded demanding my money back. Again I got a TOO BAD email back. I called customer service and spoke to a very rude woman who would not even let me finish a sentence before she would start talking. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she responded "I am the supervisor". I said then I want to speak to your supervisor. She said she doesn't have one. I was refused a refund and am stuck with this product that I tried once, and it hurt my teeth so bad that I couldn't even leave it on for the recommended time. So I am out all this money, and can't even use the product.
